Working via our asset outsourcing service, ipBuild, Interference Pattern has had the pleasure of working with Scottish design, development and technology studio, Articise to produce a virtual reality experience for the Royal Bank of Scotland. The piece was created for the 2017 annual stakeholders conference as a way to introduce new products and services to delegates and was a part of a larger exhibition piece created for this purpose. The viewer is taken on a rolling pathway through an engagingly animated world, with each of the nine separate environments building up and animated around the viewer as the story unfolds.
Over the course of the four week production schedule ipBuild created all of the concept artwork, 3d content and animation for the initial delivery build. After the initial delivery we then refined the shading, lighting and visual style within Unity at Interference Pattern for the final version, that will be rolled out within the banks internal channels.
Created for Oculus Rift.
