Scottish Government –  Clear Your Head

Collaborating with The Leith Agency, we have been creating this series of captivating 2d animation for the Scottish Government’s Clear Your Head, campaign throughout 2020, since the restrictions Covid 19 pandemic were put in place. The initiative highlights the practical things people can do to help them feel better whilst continuing to stay at home during lockdown restrictions, acknowledging these are worrying and uncertain times for many.

Along with a range of tips on how to stay positive, the campaign website www.clearyourhead.scot will signpost sources of help and advice.

Clear Your Head – Launch animation

The first animation was created to publicise the initial launch of the initiative, raising awareness and highlighting the first set of practical things people can do to help them feel better whilst continuing to stay at home during the first lockdown in 2020.

Along with a range of tips on how to stay positive, the campaign website www.clearyourhead.scot signposted sources of help and advice.

Clear Your Head – Tips to Keep Calmer

The second in the series highlighted the mixture of different emotions that people might experience as lockdown restrictions ease and people start to think about going outside a bit more – but there are things that can be done to ease those worries.

The third animation in the series highlights the importance of staying in touch with others during the coronavirus pandemic.

Clear Your Head – Keep Moving

The fourth animation in the series highlights the importance of continuing to go outdoors and Clear Your Head, as the country starts to get moving again.

The brief for this animation raised the complexity level for this series, with a continuous, flowing camera move which leads us through the piece, dipping into situations and the narrative unfolds. Carefully choreographed by the 2d animation team, we hit the beats and story points perfectly to deliver the important messaging to the viewer.
